- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license
- 3 years of residential plumbing experience (custom homes a plus)
- A strong grasp of code, inspection standards, and quality installations
- A respectful, team-first attitude and commitment to craftsmanship
- Clean, courteous work habits in clients' homes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and operate in tight spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, year-round employment on steady custom builds
