In this role the RN will: Ensure quality of care by making rounds to determine effectiveness of care, resident satisfaction and compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in monthly QAPI meetings. Perform monthly reviews on all residents. Coordinate and sign off on all assessments. Perform skills and proficiency checks for staff. Work with pharmacy staff to destroy medications on a quarterly basis. Participate in state surveys. Handle special projects as assigned by Administrator. Compensation Pay Range: $29.53 - $37.55 per hour Reasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $29.53 - $37.55 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity. Salary : $30 - $38
