Job Overview
Covenant Home Health is seeking experienced RN's for part-time/full time field nurse positions in Orleans Parish. RN is responsible to perform home-based admissions, follow up visits, recertifications and discharges at patients’ homes. One year of nursing experience is required. Knowledge of Kinnser/Wellsky software preferred and previous home health experience is required. Applicants must have a current Louisiana RN license in good standing and a reliable vehicle with current liability insurance. Covenant Home Health is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking compassionate team members to provide home-based field visits to our patients. Pay is per visit at competitive rates plus travel reimbursement. You make your own schedule! Full-time and part-time positions available.
