Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation to clients
- Assist clients with daily activities and household routines
- Prepare simple meals and assist with meal-related needs
- Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Assist with laundry, dishes, and other basic household tasks
- Provide medication reminders as directed by the client's care plan
- Assist with errands, shopping, and other daily needs
- Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate
- Assist with mobility and provide general safety supervision
- Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and their families
- Follow each client's individualized care plan and company policies
- Report changes in a client's condition, needs, or safety to management
- Maintain client confidentiality and protect personal information
- Arrive on time and reliably complete scheduled shifts
- Represent Covenant Home Care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity
No medical or nursing services are required for this position. Caregivers provide non-medical companionship and daily living support within the scope of their assigned responsibilities.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
