Relief Supervisor Food and Nutrition Services - Dietary

**Description** Performs a variety of specialized duties related to the maintenance and organization of the department, including monitoring patient tray line and cafeteria service, visiting patients, departmental scheduling and staffing, preparing production sheets, sanitation, opening and closing procedure, including cash verification, and monitoring special catering events. This position will serve as a relief supervisor, covering both morning and closing shift. Morning Shift: 5:30 am - 1:30 pm Closing Shift: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm In addition to this individual will also be responsible for cash handling. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
