**Description** **Patient Authorization and Referral Representative - Outpatient Registration at Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX** ***Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, TX.*** Under the direction of the JACC Business Operations Manager this position is primarily responsible for the intake of new consultations. This job scope includes collecting all patient demographics, clinical medical records, and pertinent insurance information. This position should be knowledgeable about financial clearance. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
