HVAC Technician - Plant Maintenance

**Description** ***Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX.*** In addition to meeting the requirements of the General Maintenance Mechanic, this position is required to perform repairs and maintenance functions and evaluate the effectiveness of all HVAC equipment, controls and related systems including but not limited to air handlers, package heat/cool units, heat pumps, refrigerators, ice machines and the HVAC pneumatic control system in a safe and efficient manner. The position requires the individual to perform repair and maintenance function in patient rooms, offices, other assigned areas of the hospital as well as float to support off site Hospital owned properties. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
