**Description** **Health Coach - Wellness** **As a Health Coach you will be responsible for guiding a self-discovery process which entails (but is not limited to): assessing wellness then readiness to change and confidence of a client, coaching to that level of readiness and confidence, and co-creating a wellness vision including SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals while helping to identify potential or existing obstacles and developing strategies to overcome those obstacles. This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: **Texas: Lubbock** Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements. **Work Status Available:** Full Time **Shift Available:** Day **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree Exercise Sport Science, Kinesiology or related field. **Preferred Qualifications:** Internship, volunteer or work experience in wellness-related field. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
