Facilities Technician - Plant Maintenance

**Description** Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of plant equipment, building repairs and preventative maintenance activities. Requires average supervision. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them. **Required Qualifications:** Coursework/Training: On the job training and/or trade school education. 2 years of experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. 6 months of experienced mechanic. 6 months of experienced carpenter. **Preferred Qualifications:** Associate's degree: Technical trade. 2 years of experience in a Healthcare setting. 6 months of experienced electrician. 6 months of experienced plumber.
