In this vital role, you will act as a working supervisor-collaborating directly with our Administrator to plan, organize, and direct our facility's maintenance and safety programs. Key Responsibilities:Lead Maintenance Operations: Direct ongoing maintenance services and robust preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain the facility in strict accordance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards.
Champion Safety & Comfort: Oversee comprehensive safety programs to guarantee a secure, high-quality, and comfortable environment for our residents.
