We are actively seeking a reliable and meticulous Full-Time Custodian to join our Environmental Services Department. This vital role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Day Shift) includes every other weekend

The Impact of Your RoleYou are the standard-bearer for cleanliness and hygiene at MINRC. You will perform a wide range of essential cleaning functions, contributing directly to resident comfort and infection control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all types of cleaning functions across the facility according to established schedules and procedures.
Maintain expert knowledge of all work methods, schedules, and chemicals used by the Environmental Services Department.
Ensure all areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards of safety and appearance.
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
Report any maintenance issues or supply needs promptly to management.
