Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage all aspects of concrete construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of concrete workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on the job site.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets or exceeds quality standards and safety regulations.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify areas for cost savings.
- Safety: Maintain a safe work environment, enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular safety meetings.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
- Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed of project progress.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
