Position Overview
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Fence Installation Laborer to assist our experienced supervisors and crew members. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning hands-on skills, and being part of a team that builds high-quality fencing projects.
You will be paired with one or two supervisors and help complete residential fencing projects efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Move and organize materials around the job site
- Assist with setting fence posts
- Pour and mix concrete
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Help measure, align, and install fencing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow supervisor instructions to ensure jobs are completed on time
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (you will meet at customer job sites)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well with a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Preferred (Not Required)
- Construction or landscaping experience
- Experience using basic hand or power tools
