*Responsibilities:
• Installation: Measure, cut and install custom cabinest, ensuring the proper fit, level, plumb and secure placement.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and design specifications accurately.
• Finishing: Perform final touches, including hardware installation (hinges, handles) and minor adjustments.
• Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Inspect work for defects, ensuring it meets high-quality standards and client expectation.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve installation issues or challenges on-site.
*Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in custom cabinet installation or fine woodworking.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, routers, drills, sanders).
• Strong understanding of carpentry, joinery, and cabinetry construction.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (often required).
