Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Trackhoe equipment efficiently and safely for excavation, grading, and utility installation tasks.
- Collaborate with the construction team to interpret project plans, markers, and specifications.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Execute excavation and grading tasks according to project requirements, paying close attention to grade, slope, and alignment.
- Safely and accurately install various utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Proven experience as a Trackhoe Operator, specifically in excavation, grading, and utility installation projects.
- Solid understanding of construction plans, markers, and grade specifications.
