Part Time Evening Shift Direct Support Professional

Position Summary: Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated DSP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a strong understanding of behavioral support. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our members.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting
• Implement individualized support plans, including behavioral interventions and ABA techniques
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
• Facilitate recreational and leisure activities
• Transport members to and from appointments and outings
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a day program setting
• Strong understanding of behavioral support and ABA principles
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Client will need assistance with some daily living skills, eating assistance, transportation from home and into the community to engage in community connections.
  
  

Schedule:

• Evening Shift, Contract
• Mon-Fri After 4pm
• 34 hours monthly
• Potential weekend hours as needed
