Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community
- Transport the individual to and from the Dream Center
- Assist the individual in completing daily living activities, including toileting, dressing, and supervision
- Work with the individual at the Dream Center
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Tuesdays & Thursdays (9am-4pm), Contract
