Position Overview:
We are looking for compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Assist clients with being involved in community activities and events
- Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences
- Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (required)
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Available positions: 5 hours every Saturday, Contract
- $17 per hour
