What You’ll Do· Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. · Implement evidence-based ABA interventions for adults with developmental disabilities, including those with challenging behaviors (aggression, property destruction, elopement). · Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and direct care staff. · Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to generalize skills across settings. · Analyze data to track progress and adjust plans to ensure success. · Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company, BACB, and state standards. · Participate in crisis response planning and support as needed. What We’re Looking For· Current BCBA licensure in good standing. · Experience providing ABA services to adults with developmental disabilities, including high-intensity behaviors. · Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Comfort working independently and collaboratively in various settings (ISL, community, home). · Reliable transportation for client visits if in-person support is needed. · Tech-savvy, with experience using electronic documentation systems.
