What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floaters (full-time) position at Covenant Building Maintenance, Inc?

Covenant Building Maintenance, a commercial cleaning company dedicated to keeping the buildings of our clients properly cleaned and maintained, is accepting applications for full-time Floaters.
Floaters:
- Must be willing to work evenings/nights (2nd shift) and weekends when needed;
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- Must have a valid driver’s license and their own reliable vehicle; floaters will be required to drive company vehicles to multiple buildings a night, being compensated for travel time between locations.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check;
- Must be detailed, energetic, thorough, and able to perform work in a timely manner;
- Must be dependable, detailed oriented, and possess a positive attitude;
- Will be required to watch training videos, and will complete a training process.
Starting Rate of Pay: $15.00/hr.
