Covelo Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Educational Services team. In this important role, you’ll provide critical mental health services to students, helping them overcome challenges and thrive in their academic and personal lives. As a School-Based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) you will:
Provide individual and group counseling to students
Respond to crisis situations within the school, offering immediate support and developing safety plans as needed.
Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop and implement strategies that support student well-being and academic success
Engage with families to provide resources, support, and guidance, helping them navigate their children’s emotional and behavioral needs
Coordinate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and external resources to ensure students receive comprehensive care.
Qualifications for this School-Based LCSW position include:
Active LCSW license in the state of California
Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program
Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school or similar setting is highly preferred

This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
