Covelo Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a unique position as a Health Assisting Teacher based in Everett!
As the Health Assisting Teacher, you are responsible for teaching the Vocational Frameworks for Health Assisting. This is an exciting opportunity for RNs with at least three years of experience who are interested and skilled in working with the high school population in an instructor capacity.

Responsibilities include:
- Setting instructional objectives, designing and preparing lessons, as well as planning and implementing supporting activities.
- Guiding the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and, in harmony with the goals, establishing clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicating these objectives to students.
- Creating a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.
- Building positive relationships with students in the program and throughout the school community.
- Attending staff and department meetings and serving on staff committees as needed.
Qualifications for this position include:
- An active Massachusetts nursing license (RN).
- 3 years of RN experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to write curriculum.
- Ability to work with High School students.
