What You’ll Do
- Review prescriptions and evaluate patient histories
- Verify orders for accuracy and safety, including complex dosing and TPN monitoring
- Consult with nurses and physicians on medications and interactions
- Oversee pharmacy technicians and daily workflow
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
- Maintain quality assurance standards across all prescriptions
- Act as a resource for internal teams, facilities, and vendors
What You’ll Need
- Active Kansas Pharmacist license in good standing
- B.S. Pharm or PharmD
- Experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a steady workload and multiple priorities
Schedule
- Day and evening shifts
- Rotating weekends (every third weekend)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
