Your Responsibilities
Provide 5-star customer service across multiple inbound/outbound phone, text, email, and chat channels.
- Greet new customers and assist with the installation of our simple DIY systems.
- Provide technical support for our customers.
- Answer basic sales questions about equipment and services.
- Create loyalty in our customers by resolving their concerns through Excellent, Easy, Enjoyable, Economical resolutions.
- Places outbound calls to customers who have requested U.S. response.
- Provide backup support for outbound/inbound call campaigns.
- Independently achieve and maintain key performance goals.
- Work to push the team toward our collective service goals.
- Push yourself to Learn More, Do More, Be More.
- Support your teammates by helping them grow and learn as you become an expert.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Available for full or part-time employment.
- At least 1 year of call center or other customer-facing experience.
- Knowledge of Window based software.
