Cove Elementary School is looking for a Long Term Sub to cover a Leave for the Front Office Administrative Assistant
Under supervision of school administrator, general clerical duties as may be assigned.
Take Daily Staff Attendance is required.
Verify daily substitute attendance is required.
Ability to transmit and take messages promptly, courteously and accurately.
Ability to process incoming and outgoing mail.
Document attendance records and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Calendar and Excel along with other current computer technology.
Ability to work with students, staff and parents with a positive attitude and pleasant manner while multi-tasking in a busy, fast paced School Office.
COMPENSATION
$19.50/hour
