Key Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Explain procedures, sequencing, and benefits in a patient-friendly way
- Review insurance estimates, patient portions, and financing options
- Coordinate scheduling for recommended treatment
- Track case acceptance and follow up with patients who haven’t scheduled
- Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team
- Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management system
- Deliver a calm, supportive, hospitality-driven patient experience
Required
- Dental office experience (treatment coordination, front office, or clinical background)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort discussing finances and helping patients make informed decisions
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Professional, warm, and confident demeanor
- Experience with insurance verification and estimates
- Familiarity with Open Dental or similar practice management software
- Background in dental assisting, hygiene, or case presentation
