Automotive Service Advisor
Cove Auto Repair in Black Mountain, NC has an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy auto repair facility.
The Service Advisor is part of our team and is responsible for building strong customer relationships, scheduling repair appointments and selling repair work. The Service Advisor greets and consults with customers on service needs, fields customer calls, and takes ownership of the overall customer experience.
As a Service Advisor, you will be experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as a Service Advisor:

Minimum of one year of experience in a service advisor role required

Must have computer proficiency and a willingness to learn

Must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
