JOB SUMMARYCovalent Solutions (Covalent) is seeking a mission driven, highly motivated and collaborative Senior Analyst to support the All of Us Research Program (AoU) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). AoU was established to accelerate health research and medical breakthroughs to enable an era of precision medicine for all. The Senior Analyst will provide high-level, dedicated support to executive leadership for the program's critical strategic objectives that advance the program’s mission. This position is responsible for facilitating the execution of executive vision ensuring internal functions and external partnerships are well-coordinated to maximize program impact and research visibility. The responsibilities will be broad and diverse, requiring an individual with exceptional ability to effectively prioritize competing demands, act with decisiveness and speed, maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and loyalty, and effectively bring along diverse internal and external stakeholders toward common goals. This opportunity is full-time with Covalent and is on-site in Rockville, Maryland. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:Decision Materials Drafting: Collect, compile, and critically analyze vast pools of qualitative and quantitative data. Prepare clear, concise, and persuasive documents, presentations, and reports necessary to facilitate executive-level decision-making. Synthesize complex data, research findings, and strategic options into easily digestible formats for senior leadership. Ensure all materials are accurate, timely, and effectively highlight key recommendations and potential risks.Project Coordination: Assist with projects involving both internal and external organizations, providing effective communication and support for the successful completion of complex program initiatives across divisional lines. Ensure these efforts are fully aligned across all divisions and executed in strong partnership with the Chief of Staff, CEO, and other key senior leaders.Content Generation: Create various communication and informational assets, including case studies, best practice guides, public reports, and internal memos. Translate technical or complex information into engaging, accessible content tailored for specific internal and external audiences. Support organizational transparency, knowledge sharing, and promotional efforts through this work. Maintain a commitment to high-quality, professional, and brand-consistent material.Partner Identification and Facilitation: Facilitate coordination efforts to identify and secure strategic partners vital for advancing key initiatives.Stakeholder Network Management: Manage and engage diverse internal and external stakeholders to promote cooperative actions that increase program impact.Special Projects: Drive special projects assigned by the Chief of Staff or CEO. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONSEducation and ExperienceMaster's degree in Biomedical Science, STEM, or other related discipline is required.Minimum of 6 years of specialized professional experience is required.Demonstrated experience supporting complex projects, coordinating teams, and providing functional assistance to executive leadership.Must have expertise using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, cloud-based video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).Experience working with the following types of organizations is a nice-to-have:Government and/or NIHLarge consortium COMPETENCIESProfessionalism:Ability to apply judgment to manage conflicting priorities and resources, driving work and results that are the highest value for the organization.Sharp eye for detail. Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
