What You'll Do

• Operate filling and packaging equipment
• Perform product inspections and quality checks
• Follow production procedures and documentation requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience is preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow

Our Hiring Process

This position begins through one of our staffing partners as part of an evaluation period designed to ensure a great fit for both you and CoValence. Successful candidates may transition to regular CoValence employment and become part of our employee-owned team.
