What We Want To Know
- What's your obsession? What do you stay up late thinking about? Where have you been so in flow that the work didn't feel like work?
- Where were you pivotal? Tell us about a time you were at a company and you were genuinely critical to something working. What did you do and why did it matter?
- How has AI changed what you can do? We're serious about this. We want to hear about the ways AI has expanded your capabilities. Not theoretically, but in practice, right now.
- What role doesn't exist yet? At Coval or anywhere. We're doing category creation — building something that doesn't have a playbook. We want people who think about what's missing, not what's already been done.
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
