General Manager Job Description

This General Manager position will be a float at multiple stores to build our bench - a designated store would come within the next 3-12 months for the selected candidate.

What You’ll Do

- Manage daily store operations—you're hands-on 70–80% of the time

- Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and team development

- Handle food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and bank deposits

- Jump in on the line, run the register, or clean when needed

- Open as early as 6 AM or close at 11 PM

- Ensure excellent service, food safety, and a clean, organized store

- Resolve customer issues with professionalism

- Serve as the go-to leader for your team

What We’re Looking For

- 2 years of GM-level experience in food service or hospitality

- Strong leadership and operations skills

- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Must pass a background and driving record check
