Description

• Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen. 

• Menu Knowledge: Memorize the menu and make recommendations based on customer preferences. 

• Serving: Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly. 

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly. 

• Table Maintenance: Clear tables, reset them for new guests, and ensure the dining area is clean and tidy. 

• Payment Processing: Handle payments and ensure accurate billing. 

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. 

• Special Events: Assist in setting up and serving during special events or large groups.

Experience and Education: 

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred. 

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Food handler and TABC licensing required.
