Role Description The Wood Product Finish Line role is a full-time, on-site position based in North Anson, ME. This role is responsible for inspecting wood products for quality, sanding, applying finishes such as stains, sealants, or coatings, and ensuring products meet established specifications before packaging. Daily tasks include operating finishing equipment, following safety and production procedures, coordinating with team members to meet production schedules, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The role also involves identifying and reporting product defects, verifying measurements and appearance, and helping load, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
