Responsible for the successful overall direction, administration, and coordination of all activities in their assigned area, in accordance with the policies and objectives established by the Director of Food and Beverage, with the ultimate objective to provide the maximum profit and return on investment in alignment with the Mission and Objectives of the Company, and in full accordance with all operational policies and procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant management or related area from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of six years' experience in Food and Beverage management, with progressive managerial responsibilities required. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills required.
