- Managing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), room blocks, timelines, and vendor coordination with precision.
- Being present during events to ensure smooth execution and elevate the guest experience.
- Working in a dynamic environment where each event presents new opportunities to shine.
- Have 2–4 years of experience in hotel conference services, event management, or catering sales.
- Excel at organization, communication, and managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Understand banquet operations and the flow of meetings and catered functions.
- Are skilled at revenue optimization through thoughtful upselling and client consultation.
- Bring professionalism, creativity, and a calm presence under pressure.
- Are committed to delivering polished, elevated service aligned with The Elmore Hotel’s standards.
