Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a Mini Bar Attendant.
As a Mini Bar Experience Curator, you play a key role in enhancing the in-room guest experience. From perfectly stocked selections to seamless service, you ensure every detail is in place to surprise and delight our guests.
If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in delivering behind-the-scenes excellence, this role is your stage.
✅ Restock and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms daily
✅ Ensure all products are fresh, properly displayed, and aligned with brand standards
✅ Maintain accurate records of mini bar usage and inventory
Accuracy & Accountability
✅ Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
✅ Follow proper procedures for tracking, billing, and replenishment
Guest Experience
✅ Provide friendly and responsive service when interacting with guests
✅ Address guest needs or concerns promptly and professionally
Organization & Cleanliness
✅ Maintain a clean, organized mini bar storage area and equipment
✅ Ensure all supplies are properly stored and easily accessible
Team Collaboration
✅ Work closely with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to support smooth daily operations
✅ Jump in where needed to support the overall guest experience
✨ Are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy
✨ Work well independently and as part of a team
✨ Communicate clearly and professionally
✨ Have basic math skills and strong organizational habits
✨ Are comfortable being on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
✨ Are familiar with hotel operations or eager to learn
