We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection.
In this role, you’ll help lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. Educational and Experience Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required.
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Hotel or resort experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout the property for extended periods.
