- Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, adherence to hotel standards, and any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Communicate with housekeeping staff to provide feedback and guidance on improving room inspections
- Maintain accurate records of room inspections and report any issues to management
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address any facility-related concerns
- Ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with necessary amenities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with hotel industry standards and best practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
