Education And Experience
- Previous barista experience in specialty coffee, upscale cafés, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong espresso preparation, milk-texturing, and beverage presentation skills.
- Knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, brewing methods, and flavor profiles preferred.
- Excellent communication, guest service, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Required food handler certifications and any applicable alcohol service permits must be obtained and maintained.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, glassware, and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise beverage preparation and service.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and during peak service periods as needed.
- Must wear required personal protective equipment and follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Salary : $16 - $24
