Delaware North Parks and Resorts is looking for a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our team at Courtyard at Kennedy in Titusville, Florida. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

Sun-Mon 2:30 pm-11:00 pm
Tuesday & Wednesday off
Thursday-Saturday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Pay
$18.00 – $20.00 / hour

What will you do?
- Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods.
- Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks.
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition.
- Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies.
- Perform maintenance duties in guest rooms and throughout the hotel.
- Assist with banquet set up and tear down.
- Air conditioning and ice machine cleaning and filter changes.
More about you
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in general maintenance/repair preferred.
- Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.
Physical requirements
- Requires bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
- Standing and walking 100% of the time.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather.
