Duties
- Shampooing & Spot Cleaning: Deep clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture.Heavy Lifting & Moving: Move heavy furniture to vacuum and dust hidden areas.Glass & Surface Washing: Clean lobby glass, windows, mirrors, and elevator interiors.Maintenance Checks: Report damaged furniture, stained fabrics, or broken caulking to the maintenance team.
Experience
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings with a focus on deep cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, floor care products, and sanitation standards
- Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client locations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical endurance
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or client communication enhances service delivery excellence
