Bistro Server-Mornings

Overview
Our Bistro team is seeking servers to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience serving guests in a casual dining setting and will have retail experience. An employee at this level should have a friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills, including the ability to take direction as well as give it, while remaining professional and courteous with all customers.

Responsibilities

• Daytime Shift (Early Mornings)
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Create a positive and friendly environment for guests and co-workers
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain food safety standards
• Greet customers efficiently and with a smile
• Knowledge of menus and food items
• Have knowledge of drink preparation
• Prepare Starbucks coffee orders quickly and accurately
• Prepare food orders efficiently and to customer specifications
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential.
• Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A background in hospitality or as a dietary aide can enhance your candidacy for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
