Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Participate in training new staff members on kitchen procedures and best practices.
- Mixing brand standard beverages
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; culinary school graduates are welcome.
