Courtyard Layton is seeking a dependable and friendly Evening Bistro Attendant to create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Open and close the evening bistro independently
- Prepare and cook simple menu items
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Keep the bistro clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Handle varying levels of business-from slower evenings to busy rushes
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Must be 21 years or older (required to serve alcohol)
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated during solo shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cooking or serving experience is a plus (but not required)
