We’re seeking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our guests. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
· Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
· Respond promptly to maintenance request from guests and staff.
· Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
· Complete preventative maintenance on guest rooms and common areas.
· Maintain the grounds and exterior appearance of the property.
· Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
· Assist with room inspections and emergency maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
· Previous maintenance experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus)
· Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and painting.
· Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
· Strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
· Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, climbing and bending.
· Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
