*Courtyard Healthcare Center* is a 120 bed rehabilitation facility focused on providing to our clients the ability to rest, recover and heal in our private room suites. Courtyard is a Five Star facility as recognized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Courtyard Healthcare Center has recently achieved JAHCO Certification and a deficiency free survey. We are proud to provide resident life enrichment programs, specifically trained social work services, a Registered Dietician and meals prepared by our very own professionally trained Chef.

- Followed by 1 week of CNA class & Test Prep Course
- Advance to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in less than 3 months
