Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist with phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette is followed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures according to required standards of the Marriott brand
- Open availability most helpful. Primary Shift is 2p-10p Rotating Sundays is required.
- Must be self disciplined and able to perform without supervision.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within a hotel or resort setting is required.
- Knowledge of FOSSE PMS system is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests.
- A background in hotel hospitality will be beneficial in understanding guest needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
