**Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage reservations through various booking platforms, maintaining up-to-date availability and rate information.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean, functioning, and ready for occupancy.
- Promote hotel services and amenities, including special events and concierge services, to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's policies, procedures, and services.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly, following established procedures.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable.

**Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel front desk role or similar hospitality environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
