Duties

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, providing friendly and efficient customer service.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with a positive attitude.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, posting charges, and balancing accounts.
• Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Respond promptly to guest needs or concerns, offering solutions that enhance their stay and foster guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication with daytime staff by preparing detailed shift reports on guest activities, incidents, and operational issues.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing guest inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous night audit experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and financial reconciliation processes.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings.
