Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile daily revenue reports, guest accounts, and reservation data while identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing late-night inquiries, assisting with check-ins or check-outs, and handling special requests with a friendly attitude.
• Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, or emergency procedures as needed.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between overnight and daytime staff.
• Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently in case of incidents or safety concerns, coordinating with emergency responders if necessary.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management roles with a focus on night audits.
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems confidently.
• Experience working in resort environments or hotels with extensive guest services enhances your suitability for this role.
